Most dessert spots either bake it or scoop it. We don’t do either.

Everything we make is deep fried and built around texture and experience, crispy on the outside, soft in the middle, loaded on top. We take familiar flavors like strawberry shortcake or peach cobbler and layer them on top of unfamiliar bases like deep fried pound cake and biscuits.

It’s fast, but it’s not rushed. Every order is built with intention, and it shows.

We’re from Detroit, so the standard is simple, it gotta be good every time. No shortcuts, no playing around with quality. The portions make sense, the flavors hit, and it looks how it’s supposed to look, all while still being affordable for you or the family.
